I need some help/advice
I am making the move to all grain and have already started my RIMS build similar to the Brutus 10. I have the frame all welded up and I also have the sanke kegs I will be using for my HLT/mash tun/brew kettle.
My question is this, I was planning on using propane burners for my heat source but would like to keep my options open and possibly use electric heaters. Can anyone recommend specific heaters to use for my HLT and brew kettle? I'm really stumped on the heater for my mash tun. I'm assuming it will have to be some sort of in-line heater that the wort will have to pumped through??
I am an electrician so wiring for the stand and my house is not an issue. I would like to use 240volt heaters because they are more efficient.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and Cheers!
