Bought an edgestar dual kegerator for my husband for Christmas. Ordered two 1/6th kegs. One is a lager the other a wheat. One came in aluminum other in plastic. Problem is plastic keg has a rim around it. The kegerator door sort of closes. But not a real seal. I put a bottle of water in and something heavy against door after five hours temp was only in fifties...

I put one keg in another refig. So they both could chill over night. My family likes really cold beer. Any suggestions on how to keep both cold for tomorrow party beside the obvious of tapping only one..which would kill the surprise and fun of getting a dual for a present.
