Keep CO2 Bottle in Kegerator

Is there any problem with keeping my CO2 bottle in my kegerator (converted freezer)? I have room and would rather not drill a hole in my collar.

set it on a towel.

Mine sweats enough that it makes a little rust ring if I don't.

Lot's of people do it. Mine is outside as I don't have enough room inside.

Mine is inside the fridge with the kegs.

No problem at all. I like mine on the outside...but it's a 20# tank and lifting that bad boy in and out would be a b!tch.
