Kane Port Omna - Imperial milk stout - conditioned on caramel, coconut, and cacao nibs

I'm usually an IPA guy but found this beer (Port Omna) earlier this year around St. Patrick's day from Kane brewery, which is local to me, and I'd love to have a whole keg of it. Do you guys think this would be a hard recipe to put together? If not, does anyone care to try?

Is it actually conditioned on caramel? Does it have a caramel-candy taste, or does the caramel just come through from the grain bill?

I'm not sure how they make it.

To me its mostly coconut, the chocolate is mostly masked by the the beer.
