I have a brew stand with 2 KAB4 burners, one for the HLT and one for the BK. Every brew day now, when I have a large batch that takes longer to bring to a boil, or boil for a longer period of time, the flame goes out...

You will hear a pop, and then the sound of the gas coming out. When I re-light the burner, it will initially light and then POP again and put itself out.

I have "Gas Watch" valves on 2 separate propane tanks that show in the green zone and have tried switching tanks out to see if it was a tank issue.

Any ideas?

This was my solution. I'm sure it's not the best.
