Just tried my first brew

After being in the bottle a week I thought I would try one and see how it was. WOW not to bad for my first batch now I wished I had chilled more but I think I will wait another week before more testing but I may have to test at least 12.

OMG this waiting is going to kill me. I put my first batch into bottles 2 days ago, and told myself I wouldn't sample any until the superbowl, but I don't think i'm going to make it.
