I am in the middle of my first fermentation process and took a taste test from the gravity test tube and.....it was awesome!! It's been a full week since fermenting started and I have been worried but been reading all the posts on here and it is nice to know we all go through the same feelings on the first of many. Thanks for keeping me sane!

This is a hef but wondering trying to get next brew day set up. Thinking on a Weizenbock any good thoughts on recipes?
