Its friggin awsome, i did a oatmeal stout and it taste great and i think i understand what extract twang is now by tasting my own all grain "or its in my head" but its smooth no weiredness to it and taste great im so stoked... lacing is great but head retention was kinda like soda pop but i just got done force carbing it so im sure it will settle down in a week.....

Glad to hear it! I am waiting for my first all grain to hurry up and get done. I also did an oatmeal stout, but I have to bottle carb mine since I haven't invested in a keg system yet...

lol i had a great plan i collected over 100 bottles and had them in very anoying spots to my wife then after my first bottled batch she told me to get a kegging system ahah...im just happy it turned out very drinkable

Wait a second. Are you the guy in Battle Ground selling a bunch of 22 oz bottles on craigslist? If so, you might get a call from me...

Great to hear it turned out so well!!!!! I'll be Kegging my first AG in about 4 days. I can't wait(but I must). After doing AG, I'm hooked. The only DME I'll have anymore will be for yeast starters.
