I've been lurking about the forums for probably about a year now. I've made 3 different recipes I found here. I've done 2 batches of Graff's (the first was so popular my friends and family demanded a 2nd round,) one of Ed Wort's Apfelwein which I've been drinking before it's aged out and it's pretty good, but I have a case hidden down in the basement so that I can try it properly aged, and I just finished up with a batch of None More Black Stout that I am...not so patiently...waiting for.

Anyways-- the point of this whole post. I wanted to thank you guys here in the forum. I've learned SO much from you all already. I haven't even had to make a post because whenever I have a question if I search the forum someone already has it answered, not only that, but it's been answered so completely and with such passion usually it inspires me to make new recipes and try new things, hence making my first stout.

I figured since I found myself just asking for home brew supplies when people wanted to know what I wanted for Christmas this year it was probably time to thank the people at least partially responsible for giving me the information to actually jump in to home brewing instead of just thinking it would be fun in theory but too hard to actually try. So thank you all again!
