Hello!!
New to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I haven't brewed any beers in a long time and recently moved. In the move I dug out my old supplies and decided to have some fun with it. I recently fermented up 6 gallons of Hard Cider from a local farm. Opened the first bottles last weekend and found a nice dry carbonated cider that I would prefer to be a little sweeter but it still tasts just fine. I will do some more over the next year and hopefully find a nice sweet alternative. I have a number of local orchards and look forward to trying cider from as many as I can. I have access to my own press and will try mixing different apples into the mix as well.
