don't mind me.

sampled a bottle of my second batch last night after 10 days aging in the bottles -- hot damn! that's a good beer :ban: American Pale Ale from American Brewmaster here in Raleigh; nice aroma, great taste, pretty cloudy (but not nearly as much sediment as my first batch) :mug: i'm not touching the rest for two more weeks.

Congrats man!

My first is a brown ale that I brewed last month. Looking to bottle it on Thursday. Can't wait to crack open that first bottle.

I was reading how colder temps will help drop out the yeast (cloudyness). I have a few bottles of a Brown Ale sitting inthe fridge. I want to see if thay get clearer then the ones I'm storing at room temperature (70 deg.)

Congrats. :mug:

Congrats on your second batch! Never got a kit from American Brewmasters but I do buy grains from there and have been very happy with them. I do buy all my yeast from them because it is fresh and well priced, and do not have to worry about shipping. I am glad we have access to a good homebrew store here in Raleigh.
