Long time reader - first time posting. Thanks to everyone for all of the terrific knowledge base that you're sharing!
I'veeen brewing for a number of years although only got back into it seriously about a year ago.
Doing all grain exclusively now with the help of my friend and brother. We've done about 18 batches over the last year. Pretty pleased with our output quality so far. Doing our best to document and brew predictably repeatable batches.
Pretty basic turkey boiler type set-up until the brewhouse is finished this summer.
Anyway - long introduction from Victoria, BC!
