Do I need to sanitize the co2 lines or the beer lines???

No on the C02 lines and yes on the beer lines.
Just run keg cleaner thru them and let it sit in them for a little while. And rinse, thats all I do and it works just fine. Works best to have a spare keg kicking around that you can fill with cleaner anytime you want to clean your lines.

I JUST processed my order for Brew Logic Dual Tap Draft System- with Reconditioned CO2 Tank :: Midwest Supplies Homebrewing and Winemaking Supplies as well as 2 sets of spare o-rings and keg lube! Should be here by next weekend, and I have a batch of Heffeweizen ready to play guinipig!!!
You should clean everything after the gas lines with each batch of beer. You can ignore the CO2 lines, but should clean the gas QD incase some manages to contact it.
