Those are for when you do a swimming rotation, since you invariably ingest too much beer, just like pool water, and you need to know which one is next in the rotation to swim in.

Seriously, there are more than 50 different manufacturers of small-scale brewing equipment. These range from the ultra-shiny (and ultra-expensive) German systems to the really rather crappy (and far less expensive) "homebrew writ large" systems.

I think this is a great idea. I am about a year out from starting a brewpub/pizzeria and I think your "journey" would be very valuable to not only me but other with dreams. Great work and Good Luck!

PS. I Just moved from Silverdale WA to Longmont Colorado. After you get open, we'll have to come back and give you a visit!

There is, though most of those companies only make a few systems per year. My favorite sites are the used sites, like Ager Tank & Equipment and NABS. Leafing through those listings is enough to make you want to run amok with a credit card.
