Congrats BT! That is frikin awesome man. Can't wait until you're packaging and distributing to my area...:rockin:

I love the giant numbers on them...

SO you have 4 of them in a line and you need numbers to know which one is number 2?

LOL!

Sorry, it's the envy speaking ;)

Those are for when you do a swimming rotation, since you invariably ingest too much beer, just like pool water, and you need to know which one is next in the rotation to swim in. :drunk:

I'm so jealous-- I'll want to hear more once everything's up in running-- you should start a blog or something, I bet there's a LOT of homebrewers wanting to know how you've gotten where you are and the details of your journey!

Good luck!

So DME is the company that makes these- What other companies make brew house size equipment?

You want the whole list or just the top ten? :p

Seriously, there are more than 50 different manufacturers of small-scale brewing equipment. These range from the ultra-shiny (and ultra-expensive) German systems to the really rather crappy (and far less expensive) "homebrew writ large" systems.

Cheers,

Bob

That was about the most entertaining read I have had in a long time (the previous posts). Congrats! I showed my wife the pictures of you smiling with your new equipment, and she says, "That will be you someday."

I sure hope she is right. I don't know you from a hole in the wall, but I am seriously happy for you!:mug::mug:

I think this is a great idea. I am about a year out from starting a brewpub/pizzeria and I think your "journey" would be very valuable to not only me but other with dreams. Great work and Good Luck!

PS. I Just moved from Silverdale WA to Longmont Colorado. After you get open, we'll have to come back and give you a visit!

I live in Seattle, and would love to check out your opperation, where are you opening? and when is everything going to be going strong?

Congrats on the system. I drive by your new place at least once a week and almost cause a wreck craning around to see if things are progressing. Looking forward to the opening and tasting some nice beer.
