After racking it 4 times about half a month ago I finally bottled my blackberry mead. The taste was wonderful even at just 2 months. I was able to make 3 almost 4 full wine bottles worth. Now is there anything I need tk do to condition them? I know in the next few days I need to lay them on there side so the corks can do there thing but what else do I need to do besides keeping them in a cool dark place to age? Any tips or tricks is appreciated thank you.
