well my first brew is a german ale kit from williams brewing co. I let it ferment for 17 days and bottled it today. I only used 3/4 of my priming sugur because I was not 110% sure it was ready due to a broken hydrometer. But its in bottles in my basement now. How long should I let this particular beer sit down there ? Will it clear up any as it sits? It is at about 70F and will stay close to that temp as long as the weather holds round here.
