Here we go.

7 weeks ago I started my first wine that is now bottled.

After getting that task done, I picked up two more kits and got them going. Racking those to secondary at the end of this week.

Outside, two apple trees. Crabapple and some sort of pie apple tree. Pulled about 40 lbs, juiced them with the juicer.

3 pounds of plums, a handful each of leftover blueberries and raspberries for the heck of it. Also dropped in 1 liter of white grape juice concentrate and reconstituted. After sugar added, I have a SG of 1.26. WOW! Don't know what it will taste like, and it will likely look funny, but one thing is sure, It will be potent.

Wish me luck!

I made plum wine from a tree that a friend had, turned out awesome. One thing I learned was that after 10 months or so, it didn't taste nearly as good as it did at 3 months.

Sounds crazy and good at the same time! Wish I could try some.

For the record,.... It was the best " white" wine I have EVER had. The batch did not make it to full adult status before being consumed. We could not help ourselves. Everyone that had some was in love!

Success!!
