Signed up a couple months back but so many projects going on around the house only now taking the time to post a hello. Brew with #3 son most of the time. Finished a kitchen reno a month or so ago and really glad I put in an induction top range. It made a world of difference in cutting down time to get batches to a boil. Now cleaning out a room in the basement and may add a 220 line there to put in just an induction cooktop for my own man/cave brewhouse.

Just added a batch of honey kolsch to the shelves that already have a coconut nut brown ale, a barley wine, jalapeno pilsner, raspberry ale and a few bottles left of a ginger saison. There's also a couple gallons of mead still fermenting.

Have been brewing for a couple years and moved to all grain last fall.

Welcome! I'm in Boston but grew up on the South Shore. Induction BIAB brewer myself. Used to do stove top gas but got tired of lugging the equipment and fermenter to/from the basement! I use the Avantco IC3500, let me know if you have any questions on it.

Welcome.
I'm in Metrowest area.
Currently standard propane burner, but we had some electrical work done and I had a 220v outlet placed. PLanning on getting the IC3500 fairly soon. Definitely before this winter.
