John Brinkmann?

I was reading a review of a Bayou Classic burner and a guy said it is better that his Brinkmann.

I was wondering if that was a typo or some cheep Chinese knock off of a Blichmann.

Brinkmann makes gas and charcoal grills among other things. From their website:

I have that Brinkmann, I was given it by a neighbor. Typical Home Depot/Lowes Turkey Fryer. I use a Bayou Classic mostly though I picked up at Sears, the Brinkmann uses a heavier base, but the safety features are intended for an 8-gallon, make my 15 gallon pot worthless and unusable on it. The burners are the same though on both, a 45,000/50,000 btuh burner.
