Jockey box for Sankey keg & Home Brew Keg?

Can anyone give me advice on how to convert my homebrew jockey box to a sanke keg commerial jockey box? Right now it is completely set up for homebrew kegs but this weekend I have a party and will be using it for sanke kegs. I want to set it up and use fittings so that I can quickly change between the 2 setups.

The currently jockey box is your classic cooler style that you see everyone sell. The only difference is that I don't have shanks on the back of the box. I just have 2 holes drilled in the back for the beer lines to go directly to the plate chiller. That way when i am done using it I can pull the hoses into the box and have the quick disconnects hanging out the back.

Do you have the Sanke tap already? You talking about something like this? Pretty quick and easy to switch them out and everyone sells them.
