Steep all grains at 155F for 30 minutes.
Add all LME, DME and sugars at 15 minutes.
I did not actually add any lemon peel or grains of paradise when I brewed this but I pitched it on a WLP400 cake from a Summer Ale that had both and both of these flavors came through in the finished product.
AG Version (I converted this but have not brewed an AG version of this yet)
