I never quite understood why when a brewery posts a 'show up time' they dont just have an employee show up at the designated time, count off the people already in line before the requested time, and then let an equal amount of people in line after that group through the line first. Thus rewarding those who followed the rules and directly punishing those who dont.
This is brilliant.

edit: Better yet tell them because they're the first x amount of people here, "You're now in our super elite club and here let us get all of your info."

Then ban from all future releases.
And this is absolutely diabolical.

i went sunday and the magnum line was well handled. nobody went on the property until 6:00. everybody lined up and got their wristbands from the taproom manager. then everyone just kinda hung out until open.

i heard saturday was pretty terrible

Our tasting room manager Eric Kukla slept on a freakin' picnic table to be ready at dawn.

Well thats a hell of a lineup for the weekend...

In celebration of being a location for 2017 Zwanze Day, we'll be serving a 20L keg of Brasserie Cantillon Classic Gueuze at 4pm this Friday! We'll also be pouring Montmorency vs. Balaton (30L), Omniscience & Proselytism (50L), and Atrial Rubicite (500L)!

Viking Metal is my favorite JK beer. I still regret not buying a ton more given how long it's been.

Also holy crap at 500L of Atrial. Is that a misprint? That's like 8.5 1/2bbl kegs or 132 gallons. Doesn't sound right, but get in mah belly.

SB 35 RIGHT NOW as I pass everyone in the right hand lane (and text on a forum) because terrible drivers everywhere. Planning on posting up in a tree on the other side of Fitzhugh for a few nights.

So has the line started for Synthesis Analogous? No warning in the email about not showing up before sunrise....
Nobody is going to show up more than maybe an hour or two early. 700 bottles likely lasts until the early evening I would bet.

I mean, depending on who you ask, evening starts at 5 or 6 pm. With an open at 4, sell out by 5 or 6 is pretty damn fast.

Not to mention the first SA was 1200 bottles, sold out in a day (90% sure of this but someone will correct me if I'm wrong), and has been talked about as one of the best beers they have done.

Edit: Also sherry barrels? I'm guessing sell out at open. Everyone can leverage value off ShAtrial as well.

I'm pretty sure the last batch was also aged in Sherry barrels. I think it lasted to Saturday as well, that's when I remember going with my wife. I don't think this one will last past Friday though.

I'm predicting it lasts until 8 or 9 personally, but I've been surprised before (Biere de Lenoir).

Went at 4:15 and no bottle line or special tent. 15 min pour line with Atrial still on and Foudre b1 from their cellar.
