Berries. Tart. Sweet. Dry.

Big surprise, it's delicious and I like it. My allergies are acting up, but this still smells awesome. So jammy when it warms up with a super tannic finish. I'll be drinking all my bottles unless I can some how get a Sherry Atrial to tick with one.

Doubling up on OG stemware!

That table (bar?) is sweet. Is it glass top or laquer?

Might be able to arrange that. We'll see what happens this weekend

It's an epoxy resin over labels on my kitchen table. I've also done my coffee table with bottle caps and the same resin. It's pretty cheap and easy, just kind of a pain to get the thick parts to set perfect (coffee tables has some bubbles).

i have four of those glasses left, still my favorite from them

I had like 20 of those glasses from when they gave them away for "free" with tours. Prolly have 4-6 left. Just gave a lot away in trades.

Making my first trip to JK on Friday. Woot.

How do I get there? We don't have a car so I was thinking Uber? Is that any kind of a good idea?
Fwiw, I spent my first few days in Texas this past weekend in Dallas and I was shocked at how cheap Uber was compared to the Northeast. What distance are you traveling?

Staying downtown. I'm not too worried about cost being used to Chicago prices. More concerned that they don't open until 4:00 on Friday. That's not early enough.

Just be careful that you don't get stranded out there. You might get an uber to take you but getting one to pick you up might be harder.

Hey I'll be there Friday too if you wanna meetup. If you PM me where you'll be staying, I'll check if it's sort of on the way there and I could pick you up. Of course I know jack **** about Austin geography so you could be ~20-30 minutes out of the way.

It's a good 20 miles from downtown and a 30-40 min drive depending on traffic. Uber here is $0.18 per minute and like $1.20 per mile. So, looking at like a $35-50 uber there, depending on traffic and surge pricing. Not terrible, but not great.

If there is a release this weekend (which I'm sure there will be) I'll be headed there Fri, prob sat and sun too if its Lure. Happy to help with a ride. I live like 2 miles from downtown, right off south congress. PM me.

Touch his Sacch. Maybe jiggle it a bit.

I can touch Sacchs for rides no prob. Expect I will be with my wife which might make it weird for you guys.

Now I am not sure if I will be out there Friday or Saturday. I'm in town for a conference and I'm not sure which day is going to work better. Also a rental car is starting to become possible due to our other commitments.

I'll be there Friday pretty much from open to close and Saturday from open until I decide to leave

So sad I'm gonna miss seeing BusinessSloth and Compton25 this weekend.

... but GABF tho. ;)

Katherine will be in town if you guys wanna hang out with her. She's much cooler than me anyways.

Also... 2 miles from Downtown on S. Congress? Do we live like 2 blocks away from each other now, Touch_My_BrettSacch? I'm 2 miles south of downtown on S. First Street (3200 block).

The fact they don't open until 4:00 on Friday is really wrecking me. I just assumed I could hit them much earlier that day as its my most open. Friday day drinking should be a universal fact of life dammit.

If you are staying close to hops and grain (5th and calles) they open at like 7 am for coffee and (possibly) beer. Wright bros also.
