Still working on it..... I think it may have potential.... possible brew tomorrow. I'll feed info as I get it. Nothing from brew target as far as projected ABV.... Looking for any input...Thanks fellow citizens and mostly any military veterans.

Well 1.057 to 1.014 would give you 5.6% ABV, it may finish a bit lower though depending on where you mash. Is that really 5 oz of cascade at 10 min or is that a misprint? If that's supposed to be 0.5 oz and this beer is really more like 50ish IBUs then I think it will be better balanced, kind of straddling the APA/IPA line. You might lose the Mt. Rainier among those other hops but that's just based on description, haven't used those before.

Yeah, cascade at 10. Think I should not do so many additions and make them larger? Or use Rainer first?

Rainier sounds like a noble type hop, i.e. more delicate. I was just thinking regardless of when it goes it may not come through much with those other big american hops. Go for it though if you want to use it. Right now I think the hop additions are fine but looking more like an APA to me. If I were making this as an IPA I'd probably make the cascade additions at least an oz each and add a couple oz flameout or whirlpool. Just depends what you want really.
:mug:

The 7min hop addition IMO is pointless, i would move it to flame out.

Also 5oz at 10min? split that up maybe a couple oz's for FWH, oz at 15, oz at 10, oz at 0. The Warrior will do plenty of bittering for you though. Not sure what profile you're looking for. :mug:

Cool thanks. Still new to brewing... This will be my 3rd all grain. Still learning all of the ingredients I guess. I'll play around and see what other hops I have.

I see it now. I gotta hammer out a math final an I'll play around with it.
