I made a 1 gallon batch this summer. I only have one bottle left. I want to drink it. Problem is it's the last one I will have for at least 6 months! To drink or not to drink!!!!

The good news is I made 5 gallons this time!

I did the same last year but i made a 1 gallon JOAM variation as well. I sat on the last bottles of both until the holidays...it was a long wait for the last drink but it was worth it. I started 5 gallons at the beginning of the year as well.
