You'd still need a primary regulator in front of those ITW secondaries.
Along with a regulator per serving keg (~$35 per) you'd need to buy their tool to set the pressures (looks like around $45).

Thanks, they had a booth at Homebrewcon last year. Looks like an interesting product, but pricey.
 
I guess there's a usage model where they make sense, but the lack of a gauge would bother me. I always scan all of the gauges in my humble brewery every time I pull a beer and wondering about things I can't check would make me nudgy...
