So its been awhile since I have posted anything related to my brewing and since I have the time today, I thought I would let you all know what I've been up to. Ive actually started doing AG. I've done around 10 ag recipes so far with only one mess up...Woohoo! Right now I have a Belgian Dubbel from NB (La Petite Orange) that I added Coriander and sweet orange peel to, a Hefeweizen , and the WH Honey Porter bottle conditioning. Cant wait to try the Porter. The smell of chocolate and coffee where awesome. Im definitely looking forward to that. Ill try to post some pictures of my brews. Thanks HBT for all your knowledge!
