When you are bottling a 5 gallon batch, and you only have a gallon to go. Then, the sun comes out, the birds start singing, and you remember, you have another 5 gallons in the fermentation chamber. Ummm, cold crashing Coconut IPA, drinking the FG sample. Brewing doesn't get much better. I could have just put that bottling wand right in my mouth. I didn't. Of course. At least nobody got any pictures... No, I really didn't, this 5 gallons. We'll see about the next:mug:

But in a good way, of course. I just hope my Hellfire IIPA doesn't corrode or melt the cap liners with the ghost & fatalii's in it. I can't imagine the fumes coming off the bottles as I fill them. 5 gallons of'em.

Those damn early morning birds... I remember, in my younger days, cursing those guys because I was still up and not planning on sleeping anytime soon. The night seemed so short in those days, haha.

Now, I think that's the best time of the day. "The person who doesn't scatter the morning dew will not comb gray hairs."
