Hey All,
My brief brewing life story.
I'm Brian from central jersey right on the shore. Started homebrewing in 2007 a few months after graduating college. Went to brewing school a few years later, interned at a major regional brewery right after that, then made the tough choice to not break into brewing industry right away, and to stay on with my full time job until I felt the time was right for me to either 1) open my own brewery (this is what I am striving for) or 2) work in one. Due to the fact that I am/have been on the road about 80% of the time the past few years for work, I haven't been able to get a foothold in homebrewing. How the hell do I expect to be the head brewer in my own brewery if I don't even have one recipe down pat?
However, I am getting back into it with a renewed zeal (though not annoyingly overzealous). I have been lurking on this site the past few months, and feel its finally time for me to come out of the woodwork. I'm sure I will have many questions, but hopefully I can turn into someone who will eventually share many answers and experiences.
Cheers
