Issues With Brewing

Hi Guys,

I'm working on a project to improve something in the industry of brewing beer so I was wondering if you guys have any input on what needs to be improved? I have personally had issues with home brews being under carbonated and also with keeping the temperature of the wort consistent during the boil. What other issues have you encountered? Any insight is useful

Is this for a school project or something? I ask because usually we look for solutions to problems we have. You seem to be trying to find problems that aren't yet bothering you.

And when you say the industry of brewing beer, do you mean the homebrew hobby, or the commercial brewing industry?
