ISO Recipe for Syrah from must please help.

Hello all, as you can see from my title I am in search of a recipe for Syrah.

I have a couple hundred pounds of great must coming tomorrow.

And I need a recipe that will yield an excellent wine.

If you have any experience with this please let me know I could use all the help I get.

Oak is subjective. No one can tell you if it will be better or worse.
