have you considered one of the plug and play controllers out there? Finding a good used freezer is easier (and cheaper) than a ready made fermentation chamber.

Go to the big box stores and look for scratch and dent specials... i have gotten two upright freezeers over half off this way. Great deal and still has warranty. You pay a little more than CL but it's new.
Just has a big ole ugly dent and scratches.
Uglier it is the cheaper they sell it for!!
