Is this silicone or vinyl tubing? Did I get ripped off?

I wanted some reinforced silicone tubing for cheap, so after searching I settled on this ebay listing

Just received the tubing. It's very clear and I don't think it feels quite the same as silicone. Heres a pic

From left to right is the hose I just received, some braided silicone 3/8" tubing, some normal silicone tubing, and vinyl tubing. Its hard to tell from the pic but the one on the left is perfectly clear besides the reinforcement.

Silicone tubing just doesn't look like this right? Is there any way I can test it to prove it's not silicone?

Looks like reinforced vinyl hose to me.

yeah, thats vinyl. or thats some of what i have and it looks just like it.

You could try boiling a small chunk of it. Vinyl will turn into a pile of goop. Silicon will be fine.
