Hello fellow brewers, I am concerned that I made a mistake while making my first yeast starter. After cooling my starter wort I grabbed the liquid yeast right from the fridge and pitched it. I forgot to bring it up to room temperature. The yeast is fermenting but I'm concerned if I will have enough healthy and enough cells for my brew day today.
