You mean the gunk in the side? Yep, that's totally normal. Even pretty clean compared to some of mine.
 
If you mean the grunge ring around the top of the wort,yes. It just shows that you had a vigorous ferment with a lot of krausen that settled back into solution. Def normal for a good,vigorous ferment.
