Is this a problem ??

This is my second batch and first in a glass carboy. I went to check on the progress this morning and found this curious mold looking stuff on the inside of the neck of the carboy. It does not look to be in or on the beer yet ? Is this mold and is that a problem ?

Or, fruit fly larvae, you'll know in a few days ....

But most likely, just yeast.
