Since your first posts on here, what I sensed about the direction you are going in hasn't changed as far as I can see. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I see an insatiable DIY itch and a very strong desire to get as close to 'perfection' as possible by learning, buying and assembling, or DIYing all the bits that'll enable you to make 'The Best Possible Beer.' While not everyone cares to 'go all the way', I totally relate to this quest and I see you heading toward LoDO territory. While it's clear you want to maximize return on your investments, (and as a poor person on a disabled workers income I strongly relate to this), at this point, rather than continue to modify a vessel that you've already admirably modded beyond it's design spec, you may wish to consider a new base-unit more appropriate to the path you are on. If I recall correctly from earlier posts, either have or were considering a seperate vessel for heating sparge water..If you have another temp-contolled vessel, at this point you may wish to get yourself a mash-tun and make yourself a mash-cap to go with it as a malt-pipe, bag or basket will never work in a LoDO rig unless you never lift it up and allow it to drip. Your Brewzilla can be re-purposed as the BK or HLT in a 3V LoDO rig..especially now you've installed a recirc port.
I'm only suggesting this to be supportive as I don't think you can really take the Brewzilla much farther down the road you're on and at this point, there aren't really any more mods you can make that will be worth what you put into them.
Just tryin to be helpful in the long run.
