Is there a definitive DFH 90 recipe?

This is one that I have done a couple of tries on and just can't seem to get it right. My search has yielded any number of recipe permutations and I just don't know which is best. Has anyone here done this recipe and made what they consider to be a dead on right down the middle perfect clone? If so, can you post you recipe/methodology? Thanks.
