So I have had an issue in my first few kegs that goes something like this... I take the co2 out to push sanatizer through and what not for a couple hours, after kegging I set to 12 psi and then put in the fridge. I check it the next morning and it suddenly reads 15 psi or so. I adjust back down and it usually stays put there. I am still not sure why it gets pushed higher but having to readjust doesn't seem like too big a deal. Until now!
I did the same routine and left it alone but when after a week of carbing my pours seemed very fast and the foam was out of control I opened the door to find that my psi was now just under 20 and I had over carbed! What the hell!?!?
Any ideas? My thought was that the guave reads different once the co2 tank had warmed up a bit?
