Hi! Some time ago, I made my first batch of mead. For personal reasons, I "forgot" about it. It's been two years since then. I never bottled it, and it was still in the clarification phase, so I know it probably won't be good. But I still have to ask: is it safe for me to try it?
Or should I dump it right away...
Just to clarify, I can't see any fungus or anything else that looks unusual.
