Hey everyone so here is the deal. I made an imperial strawberry blonde ale back in February, and I thought they had all long since been drunk. However, today (July 17) I was cleaning out the trunk of my car when I found a box which still held two unopened 22oz bottles of the beer. So basically my question is, are they still good to drink? and if it is safe should I expect the strawberry flavor to have long since disappeared? I'd like to get some outside opinions before I give it a try.

I don't know about the strawberry flavor, but I'm 100% sure it'll still be beer. Drink it! There's absolutely no reason not to.

Also... yeah, strawberry is probably mostly gone.

"Good" is subjective, and also has to do with your sanitation and such.

"Safe" is not - beer is safe to drink. Read stories of people here drinking beers that are years (even decades) old.
