Is my beer finished?

So i brewed two 5 gallon batches of lager a few weeks ago, and it has been fermenting away in my garage since then. The temperature fluctuates moderately between 49 and 54.
I took a reading this morning with my refractometer, and i got 6.0 for one batch, 8.0 for the other.

I don't really understand all the setails about converting hydrometer readings and refractometer readings. Is there a simple tutorial for me to learn this, or can someone tell me when my beer is done?

OG was 1.059 for both.

After a few weeks it's probably done. Check again in a day or two and if no change it readings it's done. Google your conversion question.

There are a plethora of Brix/SG converters and refractometer "correction" apps on the web.

A 1.059 SG translates to 14.5 Brix.

With that known, the 6 Brix batch is now at 1.009 SG and the 8 Brix batch is at 1.016.

I'd say the former is well done. The latter not so much...
