It takes quite a bit longer… My f1 takes 3 weeks to get to where I like it at 68 vs 2 weeks or less at 78. But it’s not a big deal. There are taste differences at different temperatures, it’s worth playing with. Heat mats are cheap, throw one on a jar and do a side by side.
