My house is very well insulated and the thermostat is set to 68 all the time. Is this warm enough for successful F1 and F2 fermenting?

Thanks!

Yup, I've got a heater wrap with a thermostat in my Amazon cart. I'm almost ready to pull the booch making trigger.

Yes you can. It takes quite a bit longer… My f1 takes 3 weeks to get to where I like it at 68 vs 2 weeks or less at 78. But it’s not a big deal.

There are taste differences at different temperatures, it’s worth playing with. Heat mats are cheap, throw one on a jar and do a side by side.
