Is Hop/Lupulin Powder Only Available to Commercial Brewers? Any other forms of hops besides whole cones and pellets?

Any experience with alternates?

Hop "hash" is sold at more beer.com maybe others. Is that the same?

I've been looking for Citra lupilin powder-called Yakima, AIH, LHBS and no one has it; at least not for the homebrewer. Anyone have better luck?

Ych is packaging it for home brew size packs. My lhbs is getting stock so I'm sure it's getting around. I used the mosaic and the citra last month for an IPA and it really pops with aroma and flavor. Cool product
