Woah where you from Tosh? I live in Moraga right now and visit that Jacksons on the reg. Just bought a Hiver there a couple days ago and opened it just now. I wasn't super impressed with it but it didnt offend me in any way like other tomes have. Not a gusher for me either.

San Leadro, but lived in Lafayette for 5/6 years. They still on sale for $11?. While I am in Lafayette/cocord a lot I have started avoiding Jackson and Monument as much as possile.

But coming from my completely biased position, I thought it was fantastic and developing nicely. Definitely way funkier than the bottle I opened several months before. I may or may not have 6 more and am considering ordering more.

Only had it fresh and it was really good but the Pissenlit and Printemps I've had since then were way better. I have one more bottle of de tous les d'iâpes stashed away so good to hear it's getting even better.

You bring up a good point. I better drink one before ordering more and take stock in how many i already have. Though, I know I dont have that many...maybe only 2ish since I drank 3 the week they arrived.

this still seems like lime juice to me. however some earthiness and brett are starting to pick up in it and it feels like that is bringing out a little bit of the grain character too. it lacks that juicy/bright citrus character it had while fresh but its still fantastic

Last regular Saison was a few months back. Currently we got Chocolat, Coffee Ruby, Dalmation and Prietemps.
