yes Ft Rouge is only a Ft blond with fruits mix ... for my tavern ...on place ..in bottle very difficult to have the right carbonation..

Yes on the la Dalmatienne, bottle I had last week was excellent. I have not opened the Chocolat or Ruby Coffee yet. i have not bought a Printemps in a few years.

The new Dalmatienne is great. Dank weed and lime.

I thought Coffee Ruby was pretty good but it's odd and not everyone has liked it. Latest Printemps was only OK.

Better and better as it warmed too. The weed may have been from skunkiness, it was hard to tell with how weird Fantome can be anyway, but it was awesome regardless. Like drinking a margarita after hitting a bong lol.

The latest Printemps is beautiful...at least the bottle I recently had with the "updated" label pictured above. (Updated as in different line-work behind the ghost than other recent Printemps labels). It was exactly what that beer was 5 years ago. Limey, tart, dry, and really great subtle yeast character that didn't smell like glue for once. Really, it was the best newer Fantôme I've had since 2011.

God damnit. Here I am trying to resist buying any beer until I reduce current inventory and you just go ahead and totally ruin me with these words. How can you not buy this with a description like that?

I always have my friend pick up some Fantome when he visits family in Paducah.

Its not like Kentucky is some big secret. I'll bet they still have Rare on the shelf.

Had my first flat one on Sunday. It was super-oaky and pleasantly oxidized. Absolutely nothing like the apricot and Flanders thing my first bottle was.

But my best description is eating an indoor plant as a child...
It has that plant like taste I don't know if it is the plant taste or the indoor soil or that weird fake moss smell and taste??? Ha ha ha!

Yeah it was the dark label. Ended up opening it tonight actually. Lots of dark fruits a little tart and Bretty. Very good
