Better and better as it warmed too. The weed may have been from skunkiness, it was hard to tell with how weird Fantome can be anyway, but it was awesome regardless. Like drinking a margarita after hitting a bong lol.
I need to find this, you sold me on that description.

these Fantome pics make this VA boy a sad panda...
damn you Shelton Bros!
Dalmatienne sounds awesome. Need to find me some.

Won't be able to.

Y'all do know the Internet always has Fantome in stock and you don't have to find it locally right? I have maybe twice in my life bought Fantome at a U.S. store.

the best fantome selection i've ever seen was a tiny shop in bowling green kentucky. surprised the **** out of me.

Any of these worth picking up?

The latest Printemps is beautiful...at least the bottle I recently had with the "updated" label pictured above. (Updated as in different line-work behind the ghost than other recent Printemps labels). It was exactly what that beer was 5 years ago. Limey, tart, dry, and really great subtle yeast character that didn't smell like glue for once. Really, it was the best newer Fantôme I've had since 2011.

God damnit. Here I am trying to resist buying any beer until I reduce current inventory and you just go ahead and totally ruin me with these words. How can you not buy this with a description like that?

Also... the 2 new tomes (DMD and Tonka) are up on etre.

Just got a bottle of La Dalmatienne with a best by date of July 2014. Anybody know a bottling date? Anybody had one of these recently?

Just finished an Été with ok carbonation but it still had ropeiness from the lacto or pedio... It was GREAT!!! The flavors were totally different from the other èté I bought in the same batch! Best tasting èté I've had in a long time!!! I'm saving the dregs for secondary fermentations

Had my first flat one on Sunday. It was super-oaky and pleasantly oxidized. Absolutely nothing like the apricot and Flanders thing my first bottle was.

I'm wasted now... (3rd Fantome of the night) Just finished a La Dalmatienne (white label) it wassssssss different like people say... Lime yes.....
Bong water maybe!
But my best description is eating an indoor plant as a child...
It has that plant like taste I don't know if it is the plant taste or the indoor soil or that weird fake moss smell and taste??? Ha ha ha!

Dany you are the best!!! I don't know how you do it or why you do it but your beers are addictive... to see what comes next!!!

Go Golden State...
