It's good, but it's definitely on the cleaner side. Needs more strange funk. Guessing that it could improve over time.

Can anyone verify if this label was used for any particular vintage of Noel?

I have a bottle and it is not dated whatsoever. I wanna say I picked it up around 2.5 years ago from a less frequented shop. I'm assuming it to be either 2011 or 2012 but just wanted to see if anyone had any insight.

Also, how well has older bottles of Noel aged?

Think those are 2010 & 2011

Smoke is making a reappearance in the new Dark White.
Just opened a bottle of Dark White, no smoke in this one but it is barely carbonated. Classic Fantôme taste with a lot of funkiness and a strong bitterness at the end but not as medicinal as my latest bottles of Saison and Dalmatienne have been. Would have been great with some more carbonation.

Opened a regular saison Saturday night. Almost no carbonation which is weird, the last bottles I purchased with this bottle were gushers. Had some good fruitiness/funk but wasn't quite as tasty as the last saison I opened which happened to be the best tome I've had.

I opened an Ete this weekend at the bullfrog release and it was the most carbonated bottle ive had to date. IE: when the cork came out, it started to slowly gush. I saw a bit of sediment in the bottom of the bottle and figured it had refermented a bit...I still dont think it tastes that good but it was slightly better than the flat experiences. Still tastes like pear/apple juice to me.

Regarding the christmas ball Noel, I believe I got mine in 2010. It was leaps and bounds better than the older label lady ghost with candle/wreath but not as good as fresh Noel was this year.

Can any of you fine gents and scholars tell me where to look for Fantome glassware? Are there any available online right now and if not, is there a particular place I should be checking on the reg?

I certainly understand if you want to discuss this in the unmarked white van confines of a personal message.

Speaking of glasses, which one is more common? The outlined ghost or filled in ghost?

filled in with cl marking on back was the most recent release
outlined ghost was prior to that
filled in ghost with no other markings on glass is the org

ill stop there without discussing the 4 other glasses including chope ;)

Awesome, thanks for always stepping up and answering all the fantome trivia.

My favorite of the Sante line since 15.

We had Sante 12, 14, 15, 17, and 18 together recently and 15 was by far the best, followed by 14 with no close third. I at least thought 18 was the least good of the bunch (though 17 was only marginally better, neither very enjoyable). But 18 was very young then and will probably be getting better with time.
