Sometimes I completely forget that etre isn't just for scumbag bottle shop owners to stock up on Cantillon and sell them for 500% markup

What's the word on Amazonian Ghost? I figure if I'm going to put in a tomes Etre order, I may as well go balls out

It's different. I wish I knew what Guarana actually tastes like to do some sort of comparison. I enjoyed the two bottles I had.

Poured aggressively for a nice white head:)

in tonight's edition of tomes to the dome, cracked open a pissenlit. this is my favourite tome yet, though compared to some of you this is total peasant tier tomeage. only dandelion beer i've tasted besides this one is vera mae, and that's a real hard act to follow, but i think i need more of these.

This has been my least favorite tome so far. Different strokes for different folks.

Opened one of these on NYE, and the funk on it was incredible. It had such a deep, complex flavor that I still can't say for sure whether I liked it or not.

Important question -

Is Fantome de Tous les D’iâpes the most underrated beer of 2014? Or is it just me that loves this beer so much?

I'll hang up and listen.
FWIW I had a taste at last year's Woodshop that people were raving over and it tasted like the same burnt tire fire I've come to fear when opening Fantomes the last few years.

Better luck with recent regular and Pissenlit. Été was good but flat.

It's still been a long time, for me, since I've had a bottle that was really wonderful.

No I am not that coordinated, this is the same errantnight from ba who used to stomp on my dick regularly back in 2010

Welcome to TB Errantnight!

Nope! I'm errantnight on both BA (where I've been for about a decade, I think) and RB, I just finally stopped lurking and decided to start posting here because I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH DISTRACTIONS

If you didn't leave it flopping around everywhere...
I remember once in a constructive and prosaic moment I asked if the newly constructed bruery provisions location would sell excess unpurchased reserve beers and you noted
"They only sell tall boys there, you shouldn't go there, ever. **** you"

It was all very helpful.

I've had 3 or so bottles of de Tous les D’iâpes, and each one has been fantastic. Then, I open a bottle of Saison last week, and it was....weird. It was very phenolic, but not in the tire-fire sort of way it had been. It was just almost flat, overly sweet, and had sort of a bad-Belgian phenolic character. I guess I'll sit on the other ones I have for a bit to see if it clears up.

The bottle of Tous le D’iâpes I opened two weeks ago was so phenomenal I ordered 4 more. I'm hoping all/most of the bottles are as good as that one. Also, the bottle of Sante 18 I opened the same weekend was spectacular.

Last weekend I opened a bottle of the India Red Ale and was not pleased. Just aggressively bitter European hops and a thin body. It was maybe the worst Tome I've ever had.

I keep hearing great things about Tous le D’iâpes. Is it available in the U.S.?

I contacted my personal stenographer and he/she confirmed that this was indeed the precise quote.

Just opened FANTOME India Red Ale...

Dany stick to making Saisons! Crystal malts cover up your yeast... leaves it with a weird tastes!
