I have made several extract batches now. I used to use straight sugar to ferment and my beers came out very clear....but dry. I switched to to DME and followed the same process as I have been. Now every batch that I have made with DME is clear in the bottle, clear when its warm and hazy when cold. DME is the only new thing so is it the cause?

Chill haze is mostly caused by proteins. Im not sure if the added extract will be the cause, but you might look into clarifying agents-maybe polyclar?
